Earlier a strange conversation was going on between mama and mary.
Mary- “mama there’s a spider in the bathroom!!!!!”
Mama- “Oh. Was it under the mirror?”
Mary- “what’s that?”
Mama- “you know what a mirror is, that thing you stand in front of in the bathroom so that you can see yourself.”
Mary- “ohhhhh… you mean a meer.“
Mama- “no, Mary, it’s a mirror.”
Mary-”mama, I’m pretty sure it’s a meer.”
And, well, you get the picture.

Please pray for the Louis family- www.thelouisfamily.wordpress.com. They are trying to plant a church up in Minneapolis. We met the Louis family last year when Mr. Brett came to preach at our church. Mr. Brett and his family(Mrs. Molly, Joshua, Olivia, Isabel, and “baby in Mrs. Molly’s tummy”) came to our church pretty regularly for several months until Mr. Brett finished seminary and they moved up to Minnesota. Please pray that the Lord would bless them as they get started with this church planting.

I’m so sorry I have not posted in so long, this year seems to have gone by so fast, I can’t believe that it’s already October. A few months ago we started looking into doing “cradle care” (it’s actually called infant intern foster care, or something like that, I don’t remember the exact wording they used) which is basically where you keep a baby that has already been adopted for a few weeks after he/she is born so that they have somewhere to stay while all the paperwork is being finalized. We are sending in the application now, but it will be at least Christmas before anything happens.
Everything else on Price Hill has been going along smoothly. I will be taking the PSAT in about two weeks and hopefully getting my drivers permit soon. Everyone has been very exited about “watching the babies”. When we first started talking about it one of the younger kids asked “but mama, what are the little babies going to eat??” mama had to explain to a shocked audience about “formula” and “bottles”. Only in the Price house.
I apologize again for abandoning the blog world. I’ll try to post more often now, if I can find time away from school and everything.

Recipe For A Sleeping Baby~
One baby
a sling or other baby carrier
one person to hold baby in sling/baby carrier
an outside swing
a pretty evening
place baby in carrier or sling so that he/she is comfortable and has limited movement. Swing thoroughly for 3-5 minuets* or until fast asleep.
*results may vary, some babies may take longer.
I use this recipe when William is really cranky, it works very well.

When you’re a big sister you get to do lots and lots of great things like-
~doing dishes, laundry, cooking, cleaning and changing LOTS of diapers.
~having your little sister come up to you at 10:00 at night and say “Morgan I really want to sleep in my bed tonight, PLEASE!?” I told her “well, why don’t you sleep with Sarah tonight, since you don’t have any sheets on your bed?” she immediately burst into tears,”but Morgan I REALY want to sleep in my own bed” ;( So, as you have probably already guesed I went and dug through the laundry room and found some sheets and put her to bed.
~I also get to do lots of stuff like sneaking kisses from the baby after he has fallen asleep on me and reading bedtime stories to my younger siblings.
In all I LOVE being a big sister, and everything that comes with it, whether it’s doing the dishes, playing with William, or helping the boys with school work, and I thank God every day for the amazing family that He has given me.

William has been taking a couple steps at a time for a few months now, but over the last few days he has started wallking all the time! Earlier we had the door open and William “escaped”. He walked around outside for a few minuets, the whole time pointing to the ground and saying “der! der!” (dirt! dirt!).
Well, there dosn’t seem to be any new pictures on the computer right now, so they are probably all on the camera. : ) I will see if daddy can get the pictures off the camera soon so that I can post some.
